This role is instrumental in understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for technology and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the index business, strong analytical skills, and experience working on business and technology-driven projects. Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
- Translate business needs into structured, actionable tasks for technology and operations teams.
- Create process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio to visualize workflows and system interactions.
- Work within JIRA to track project progress, manage tasks,



and coordinate with relevant teams (preferred).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RD, Operations, and Engineering, to support recent product development and enhancements.
- Assist in project management activities, including tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and ensuring timely execution.
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment and seamless implementation of solutions.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytical skills to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor s or master s degree in finance, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the index business and financial markets.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience as business analysis, financial services, or a related field.
