Job Roles and Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Solutions Specialist to become the product expert during
client evaluation and pre-sales engagements. This role will work closely with Sales, Product
Management, Services, and Marketing teams to showcase Asset Vantage's capabilities, conduct detailed
product demonstrations, gather market feedback, and help prospects understand how the platform
addresses their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed SaaS product demonstrations for prospective clients across family offices,
wealth managers, OCIOs, RIAs, and accounting firms.
• Tailor demonstrations based on prospect requirements, workflows, and business challenges.
• Act as the product expert during discovery calls, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept
engagements.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate market feedback into product
recommendations and roadmap inputs.
• Collaborate with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to improve conversion rates and
customer confidence.




• Own and maintain client-ready demonstration environments.
• Continuously improve demo scenarios aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain interactive product walkthroughs using AI - tools.
• Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns, webinars, events, and product launches.
• Capture detailed client feedback, enhancement requests, objections, and competitive insights
during sales interactions.

Personality and Interpersonal Skills :

• Solid understanding of wealth management, family office operations, investment reporting, accounting,
or financial services.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives, CIOs, Principals, CFOs, Wealth Managers, and Operations
teams.

Experience:
• 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Solution
Consulting, or Wealth Technology.
