Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring content that strengthens brand awareness and drives customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Manage daily activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions, responding promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality campaigns.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand partners for collaborations when required.
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
