Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, conducting meetings and presentations, and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking,
and outbound outreach.
* Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various channels.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Deliver company presentations and service demonstrations to prospects.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
* Convert prospects into clients and support the onboarding process.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
* Manage client accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
* Represent BTB Venture Group professionally in all business interactions.
