Role Overview:

The Team Leader / Duty Manager is responsible for supervising shift operations, guiding Associates, and ensuring a seamless guest experience while maintaining operational and service standards.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise Associates during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth operations across Box Office, F&B;, and Guest Services.
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve routine guest concerns.
- Monitor cash handling, stock availability, and SOP compliance.
- Support training, coaching, and performance of team members. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Graduate in any discipline. Hospitality/Hotel Management graduates preferred.

2-5 years of experience in operations or customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Multiplexes, Hospitality, Retail, QSR, Entertainment, or other customer-facing service industries.
