- Overall 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in application development and system integration.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI-enabled applications by integrating Generative AI capabilities with UiPath-based Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Build and implement GenAI-powered solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, and agentic AI workflows.
- Develop intelligent automation solutions by combining UiPath workflows with AI/ML models, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services and microservices (FastAPI preferred) to support AI and automation initiatives.
- Create scalable data models, ETL/data pipelines, and analytics frameworks to enable AI-driven automation and business intelligence.




- Implement robust data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure the reliability and accuracy of AI-powered systems.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable AI + RPA solutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and release management processes.
- Integrate enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and other business systems using APIs, microservices, and automation frameworks.
