Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily operations of the company's production line, including setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in various areas such as safety procedures, quality control, and troubleshooting.
- Provide support to senior operators during peak periods or when additional assistance is required.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or recent school leaver (12th pass) with no prior work experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
