Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our PeopleSoft Technical team. The selected candidates will be trained on Oracle PeopleSoft technologies and will assist in developing, customizing, testing, and supporting PeopleSoft applications. Candidates should have a robust programming foundation, SQL knowledge, and willingness to learn ERP technologies. Entry-level PeopleSoft technical roles commonly emphasize learning PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, and Oracle-based development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn Oracle PeopleSoft architecture and PeopleTools.
- Develop and customize PeopleSoft pages, components, and records.
- Write and maintain PeopleCode programs.
- Develop SQL queries and database objects.
- Assist in creating reports using SQR, BI Publisher, or PS Query.




- Support application testing and bug fixing.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation.
- Work with senior developers and functional consultants.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide application support.
- Follow coding standards and development best practices.
