Role Objective: We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance leader to head a critical vertical responsible for capital strategy, fund raising, IPO readiness, investor relations, valuation, and liquidity management. This role will partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership to drive long-term value creation, ensure optimal capital structuring, and build robust investor confidence. 3. Minimum Requirements Level of Education Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification Work Experience 8 to 12 + years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or similar fields 4. Competencies required for the Job: Responsibilities 1. Capital Raising & Structuring • Lead equity fundraising initiatives, including private placements, strategic investments,



and institutional rounds • Develop and execute capital strategy aligned with company growth plans • Manage end-to-end fundraising lifecycle including investor identification, pitch preparation, negotiations, and closure • Build relationships with PE funds, investment banks, and institutional investors 2. IPO Readiness & Execution • Drive IPO preparedness including financial, governance, compliance, and regulatory alignment • Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators • Oversee preparation of DRHP / prospectus and related documentation • Establish internal processes and controls required for a listed environment 3. Investor Relations (Pre- & Post-IPO) • Develop and execute investor communication strategy • Serve as the primary interface for investors, analysts, and stakeholders • Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, and board communication packs • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with company’s financial and strategic narrative 4. Valuation & Strategic Finance
