Job Summary

As a Field Sales Executive, you will visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, builders, real estate developers, property owners, brokers, and businesses across Chennai to generate new business opportunities. You will present our healthcare and real estate solutions, convert leads into customers, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesMedical Sales
- Visit hospitals,



clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Promote Next99's healthcare products and services.
- Identify current business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with prospects until closure.

Real Estate Sales
- Meet builders, developers, brokers, and property owners.
- Conduct property visits and client meetings.
- Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Coordinate site visits and assist customers throughout the sales process.

General Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates.
- Attend team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Represent Next99 professionally during client interactions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
