Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing and delivery for Core Banking transformation programs.
- Manage project planning, execution, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Drive SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Lead and mentor testing teams while ensuring quality delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, business users, and project stakeholders.





Required Experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Core Banking products:
- CASA
- Term Deposits
- Loans
- Overdrafts
- Clearing
- Payments
- General Ledger (GL)
- Hands-on experience in Flexcube (FCUBS/FCR) and/or Finacle.
- Recent Core Banking project experience (current or within the last 8 years).
- Experience in Retail, Corporate, Islamic Banking, and Trade Finance domains.
- Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
