Role Description
The Business Head / Chief Business Officer (CBO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving overall business growth and profitability for Skyline Digital Growth LLC. This role includes defining and executing the company’s commercial strategy, leading revenue generation across performance marketing services,



and overseeing key client relationships and global partnerships. The Business Head / CBO will manage and mentor cross-functional teams, set performance targets, and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and finance. Daily activities include reviewing business performance metrics, identifying new market opportunities, optimizing service offerings, and representing the company in strategic negotiations and industry forums. The role also involves building scalable processes, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring that all initiatives support Skyline’s ROI-focused, data-driven positioning.

- Strategic leadership and business growth skills, including experience in developing and executing commercial strategies, expanding into new markets, and managing P&L; for high-growth organizations.
