The role
We are building a best-in-class HR Technology landscape to support the future of the Ice Cream Company. This role acts as the




functional and technical expert for VNDLY
, our contingent workforce management platform, ensuring it is stable, compliant, and continuously optimized to support our global contingent workforce.

The role will own the
end-to-end VNDLY solution
, covering vendor management, contingent worker lifecycle, integrations with Workday and downstream systems, and ongoing enhancements. It plays a critical role in enabling a seamless, compliant, and scalable external workforce model across all markets.

What You'll Be Responsible For
This role will be responsible for the successful enablement of a standalone Ice Cream company with a best-in-class HR Technology landscape. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream HR Technology Lead with the following responsibilities:
