Role Description:
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales and managing all digital commerce channels, including marketplaces like Myntra, AJIO, Distacart, and the House of Kiyaara website.

This role requires a mix of operational execution, analytical thinking, and growth strategy to scale revenue across platforms.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including hands-on experience with online store platforms, product catalog management, and marketplace operations.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including comfort with dashboards, reports, and data-driven decision-making to improve performance.
- Experience with ecommerce tools (e.g., Shopify or similar platforms), basic SEO, and online merchandising is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in ecommerce or retail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a quick-paced, design-focused environment is important.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• End-to-end management of Myntra, AJIO, Distacart, and future platforms

• Product listing, catalog optimization, and content updates

• Pricing strategy, discounting, and competitiveness

• Inventory planning & stock allocation across platforms

• Coordination with account managers of each marketplace

• Managing platform-specific campaigns, sales events, and visibility

Website (D2C) Management

• Oversee daily operations of the House of Kiyaara website

• Ensure smooth user experience, navigation, and checkout flow

• Coordinate with developers for updates, bugs, and improvements
