Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Defence Colony, with a focus on Legal Process Outsourcing and related business operations. The Business Analyst will work closely with internal teams and clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for legal and financial processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, preparing analytical reports,



and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and risk mitigation. The role involves collaborating with legal, finance, and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into transparent, actionable solutions and process documentation. The Business Analyst will also contribute to project planning, performance tracking, and implementation of best practices across client engagements.
