We are seeking an experienced QA Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud with strong hands-on expertise in AccelQ/ any other automation tool test automation. The role involves leading end-to-end QA strategy, driving automation excellence, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud programs. The ideal candidate will combine leadership capabilities, deep Salesforce functional understanding, and solid automation expertise to deliver scalable and reliable testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. QA Leadership & Strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual & automation).
• Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and QA best practices.




• Act as the primary QA point of contact for stakeholders and drive quality initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
2. Automation (AccelQ) – Hands-on
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using AccelQ.
• Build reusable automation components (test cases, datasets, reusable flows).
• Drive codeless automation adoption and optimization across teams.
• Lead automation coverage for UI, API, and end-to-end Salesforce flows.
3. Salesforce Sales Cloud Testing
• Validate key Sales Cloud functionalities including:
o Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts
o Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards
• Test business workflows including:
o Opportunity lifecycle and validations
o Approval processes and custom flows
• Perform validation of custom objects, integrations, and business logic.
4. Test Execution & CI/CD Integration
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado).
• Manage regression
