Role Description
The Relationship Manager – Working Capital at HDFC Bank is a full-time, in office role based in Jammu & Kashmir, India.



The role involves acquiring and managing working capital relationships with business customers, understanding their financing needs, and recommending suitable products such as cash credit, overdrafts, term loans, and trade finance solutions. The Relationship Manager will regularly meet clients, conduct financial and credit assessments, prepare proposals, and coordinate with credit, operations, and product teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursal. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio performance, managing risk, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and resolving client queries promptly. The role also requires achieving revenue and asset growth targets, deepening existing relationships through cross-selling of banking products, and maintaining updated market and industry knowledge.
