Job Overview: Support NPTEL programme operations through active coordination with stakeholders, handling stakeholder communication, managing operational data, and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring strong multitasking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, verify, and consolidate operational information
- Handle high volumes of emails, calls, and WhatsApp communications professionally and promptly
- Provide accurate responses aligned with NPTEL guidelines
- Track queries and follow-ups to ensure timely closure
- Maintain and update operational data using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and action items
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting defined timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (academic, exam, technical, finance) for issue resolution




- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

Required Skills
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent coordination and multitasking ability

- Proficiency in spreadsheets, email tools, and communication platforms
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with institutional SPOCs or academic coordinators
- Familiarity with academic programme or examination operations
- Proficiency with Excel/spreadsheet
