Key Responsibilities
- Make collection calls to customers regarding pending dues.
- Remind customers about payment schedules and due dates.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to outstanding payments.
- Update customer information and payment status in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and collection policies.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
