We are looking for an experienced Dy. Manager / Manager – Production & Plant Operations with 10–15 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Spices Manufacturing.

Key Expertise Required:

• End-to-End Production Planning & Plant Operations

• Production Planning to Dispatch Coordination with Sales Team

• Experience in Fully Automatic Manufacturing Plants

• Managing 300+ Plant Workforce

• Export Quality Production in Coordination with QA & Export Team

• SOP Implementation & Continuous Process Improvement

• Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, FSMS & FSSAI Compliance

• Plant Hygiene, Safety & EHS Management

• Cost Control, Productivity & Yield Improvement

• Cross-Functional Coordination with QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores & Dispatch

Must-Have Experience:

✅ 10–15 years in Production & Plant Operations

✅ Exposure to Fully Automatic Manufacturing Plants





✅ Experience managing 300+ manpower in a manufacturing plant

✅ Hands-on experience in Export Quality Production for domestic & international markets

✅ Solid leadership, problem-solving and team management skills

Candidates from the FMCG / Food / Spices Industry will be preferred.
