We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Engine Lead to own our online presence and inbound marketing strategy through high-quality video content. You will transform Salesforce and AI product demos, screen recordings, and subject matter expert inputs into engaging YouTube videos and repurpose them into multiple content formats that drive organic traffic, audience growth, and inbound leads.

This is an ownership role where you'll manage the complete content lifecycle from strategy and production to distribution and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a video-first content strategy focused on Salesforce and AI.
- Plan content calendars using keyword research and SEO insights.
- Convert raw screen recordings into polished YouTube videos.
- Create scripts and coordinate AI/team voiceovers.
- Edit videos with captions, branding, thumbnails, and motion graphics.
- Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts, LinkedIn clips, blogs, newsletters, and sales collateral.
- Optimize YouTube videos using SEO best practices.




- Manage content distribution across YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Monitor views, watch time, audience growth, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Continuously improve content performance using analytics and experimentation.
- Collaborate with internal Salesforce and AI experts to produce technically accurate content.

- Portfolio of *produced* video content with *proven results* (views/audience/traffic)
- Robust video editing (Premiere/DaVinci/CapCut/Descript)
- YouTube SEO/growth know-how
- Repurposing + written SEO (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Search Console)
- AI-augmented workflow (AI voiceover/editing/scripting 35 faster)
- Comfortable producing technical content from SME input, *no founder on camera*
- Excellent written English for US/Western B2B; self-managed, consistent
