Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering and maintenance activities for the API manufacturing facility.
- Ensure effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment to maximize reliability and uptime.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee operation and maintenance of critical utility and process equipment, including:
- Essar Reactors
- ANFD (Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer)
- Chillers
- HVAC Systems
- Boilers
- Dryers
- Centrifuges
- Vacuum Systems
- Coordinate closely with Production, QA, Validation, and EHS teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and company safety standards.
- Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and performance verification of new equipment and utilities.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency, reliability, and energy utilization.
- Manage engineering documentation, SOPs, maintenance records, and audit readiness.
- Lead engineering teams, contractors, and service providers while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance within API/Pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of API plant equipment and utilities.
- Expertise in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and RCA.
- Hands-on experience with reactors, ANFDs, centrifuges, dryers, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and vacuum systems.
- Knowledge of cGMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Solid leadership, team management, and project execution skills.
