Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Gurugram. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across assigned salons, develop and execute area sales plans, and drive revenue growth in alignment with company targets. Responsibilities include managing relationships with franchise partners, monitoring store-level KPIs, guiding local marketing initiatives, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. The role involves conducting regular market visits, analyzing sales reports, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations and marketing. The Area Sales Manager will also train and support salon teams on sales techniques, customer experience, and product promotion to enhance overall business performance.

- Candidates should possess skills in sales planning, territory management, and target achievement, with experience handling multi-location retail or franchise operations.

- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to interpret sales trends and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in team coaching, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive consistent execution standards.
- Candidates should have solid communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to work on-site in Gurugram and travel within the assigned area as needed.
- Relevant experience in beauty, wellness, or retail sectors and a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.
