The Role: What You’ll Do
This isn’t a passive "sit in the office" role. You will be the heartbeat of our fulfilment and logistics operations. You will own the floor, optimize processes, and lead a team that prides itself on accuracy and speed.
- Establish Ironclad Discipline: Standardize daily workflows, enforce strict safety and organizational compliance (5S principles), and maintain an immaculate, high-functioning facility.
- Drive Strategic Efficiency: Analyse layout, picking paths, and inventory turnover to cut waste, reduce errors, and maximize throughput.
- Lead & Elevate the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing warehouse team. You don’t just manage headcount; you build leaders.
- Own the Metrics: Take full accountability for KPIs, including order accuracy, receiving times, inventory shrinkage, and labor efficiency.
- Scale with Us: Work directly with executive leadership to expand warehouse capacity and integrate new automation tools/WMS technologies.
