Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for managing the complete AR function, ensuring timely billing, collections, reconciliation, and credit control. The role involves leading the receivables team, optimizing cash flow, minimizing overdue receivables, and maintaining robust client relationships while ensuring financial discipline and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including billing, collections, and reconciliation.

• Ensure timely invoicing and accurate posting of customer invoices.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from clients.

• Manage credit control policies and credit limits for customers.

• Follow up with key clients for overdue payments and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams for billing accuracy.

• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.





• Prepare AR aging reports, collection reports, and MIS dashboards for management.

• Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve cash flow efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and financial controls.

• Support internal and statutory audits with AR-related documentation.

• Drive process improvements and automation in AR function.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team (Executives, Sr. Executives, AMs).

• Set KPIs for collections, billing accuracy, and aging control.

• Monitor team performance and ensure timely follow-ups on receivables.

• Train and mentor team members on AR processes and customer handling.

• Ensure strong coordination between finance, sales, and operations teams.
