Vice President (VP) — Operations

Position Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Operations is responsible for the company's overall operational strategic planning, the establishment of operational systems, and day-to-day operational management. The role encompasses production and operations management, supply chain coordination, process optimization, cost control, quality management, team leadership, and the development of global operational systems. The objective is to continuously enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the company's overall competitiveness in the global jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities

I. Operational Strategic Planning and Management

Formulate medium- to long-term operational development strategies;

Establish and optimize corporate operational management systems and execution standards;

Drive the upgrading of operational models to improve overall operational efficiency;

Ensure operational goals align with the company's overall strategy.

II. Production and Supply Chain Operations Management

Oversee jewelry design, manufacturing, procurement,



supply chain, and delivery processes;

Optimize production workflows to improve capacity utilization and delivery efficiency;

Coordinate suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and internal teams to ensure supply chain stability;

Drive supply chain digitalization and the optimization of operational systems.

III. Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement

Analyze existing operational processes and formulate optimization plans;

Promote the establishment of standardized operational processes to enhance execution efficiency;

Reduce operational costs and improve resource utilization rates;

Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve operational performance.

IV. Cross-functional Collaboration and Team Management

Coordinate sales, product, design, procurement, production, and quality teams;
