ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Manager, Systems and Master Data Management Lead role is responsible for leading a team that ensures enterprise Engineering, Facilities, and EHS systems and data platforms provide standardized, scalable, and secure business processes and analytics. This role drives disciplined system governance and master data management practices that support and improve enterprise analytics, system integrations, and operational decision-making.

This leader ensures trusted, consistent, and governed master data across the global ecosystem while enabling data to be Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR). The role partners closely with Technology, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated system and data capabilities that support Engineering operations and continuous improvement.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Builds and leads a high-performing technical team by hiring, developing talent, and driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement aligned with business goals.




- Ensures enterprise systems and data platforms enable standardized, scalable, and secure business processes and analytics.
- Owns systems and data roadmaps aligned with Clean Core principles and enterprise architecture standards.
- Translates business requirements into scalable systems and data designs that support sustainable and integrated solutions.
- Governs system configurations, integrations, and changes while minimizing unnecessary customization.
- Defines and governs master data standards, ownership, and lifecycle management across Engineering, Facilities, and EHS domains.
- Ensures trusted, consistent master data supporting enterprise analytics, system integration, and operational decision-making.
- Manages master data quality, metadata management, cataloging, and issue resolution at the root cause.
