Senior Associate - SailPoint ISC

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) / IDN (IdentityNow) Implementation Engineer with 4-7 years of IAM experience to design, implement, configure, and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions. The candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in SailPoint ISC/IDN implementations, application onboarding, lifecycle management, provisioning workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and configure SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow solutions for enterprise clients.

* Design and develop identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML).

* Configure provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, approvals, certifications, and role management.

* Integrate SailPoint with target systems such as:

* Active Directory

* Azure AD / Entra ID

* LDAP

* JDBC-connected applications

* Workday

* ServiceNow





* REST/SOAP-based applications

* Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors and aggregation jobs.

* Develop and customize workflows, rules, transforms.

* Implement access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.

* Work with business and security teams to gather IAM requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

* Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for SailPoint-related incidents.

* Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

* Support production deployments, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.

* Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management activities.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
