Test Professional

You’ll make an impact by:
- Analyze business and functional requirements to define explicit testing needs.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases that support complete coverage.
- Execute functional tests to validate application quality and business process outcomes.
- Identify defects clearly and support timely resolution with accurate details.
- Validate end-to-end business processes across applications.
- Perform root cause analysis to improve testing outcomes and reduce repeat issues.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment.
- Own testing deliverables and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.





Use your skills to move the world forward
- Bring 1-3 years of experience in Functional Testing and quality assurance practices.
- Apply strong analytical skills to understand requirements and validate expected outcomes.
- Build practical experience in test scenario design, test case creation, and test execution.
- Use defect identification and root cause analysis to support application quality.
- Work confidently with developers, business analysts, and product owners.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and outcomes clearly with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a quality-first mindset, ownership, and attention to detail.
