We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused B2C Retail Sales Executive for our premium furniture showroom.
- Negotiate confidently with customers, handle objections effectively and close deals while maintaining company pricing and margin guidelines.
- Interact actively with customers in the showroom and over phone, WhatsApp and online enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements, space, budget and design preferences.
- Recommend suitable premium furniture, luxury products and customised solutions.
- Explain product materials, construction, comfort, dimensions, finishes, fabrics and customisation options.
- Handle enquiries generated through the showroom, website, e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate order confirmations and maintain accurate customer follow-up records.
- Work closely with the production, design, logistics and customer-service teams to ensure smooth order execution.




- Build long-term customer relationships and provide a premium buying experience.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new collections, materials and furniture trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in B2C retail sales is essential.
- Experience selling high-end furniture, luxury products, home dcor, interiors, automobiles, jewellery or other premium products will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of e-commerce enquiries, online lead handling and digital customer communication.
- Exposure to customised furniture, interior products or made-to-order sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over phone.
