The Role
A graduate-level analyst role for a high-potential MBA hire looking to build a career at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy. You will work under the Head of Operations, supporting analytical and transformation work. You are expected to learn fast, take initiative, and grow into an independent contributor within your first year.
Key Responsibilities
*Power BI & Analytics*
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports under guidance
- Write basic-to-intermediate DAX measures and Power Query pipelines.
- Maintain a report catalogue and flag issues in existing dashboards.
*Operational Support*
- Assist in identifying operational challenges and structuring data-backed proposals.
- Pull and synthesize data from ERP, Jira, and BI tools to support business decisions.
- Maintain a live initiative tracker covering status, owners, and timelines.
- Support preparation of leadership forum and board update materials.
*PMO & Governance*
- Support tracking of the transformation portfolio across active workstreams.
- Assist in producing weekly PMO updates and governance packs.
- Maintain milestone trackers, risk logs, and action registers.
What We Are Looking For
*Essential*
- MBA from a recognized institution (Business, Analytics, Strategy, Operations)
- Proficiency in Power BI report building, basic DAX, Power Query.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Proactive, self-directed, and curious.
*Preferred*
- Internship or academic project exposure to BI, analytics, or project delivery.
- Familiarity with Jira or agile concepts.
- Basic understanding of P&L; and financial concepts.
