Manager - E-commerce Growth & Performance Marketing

Role Summar

yThis role is responsible for driving marketplace sell-out growth by partnering closely with Category, Sales and Key Account Management teams. The individual will act as a business partner to Category and Account teams to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial performance and deliver best-in-class marketplace execution. It owns the strategic levers that influence business growth including media, content, launches, visibility, analytics and marketplace excellence

.1. Business Growth Strateg
- yOwn the marketplace growth strategy for assigned categories across e-commerce platforms
- .Build annual, quarterly and event-specific growth plans aligned with business priorities
- .Identify category growth opportunities using consumer, search, competitive and marketplace insights
- .Influence pricing, assortment, promotions and visibility interventions to maximize sell-out
- .Track business performance, identify risks proactively and recommend corrective actions

.2. Performance Marketing & Medi




- aDevelop media strategy across marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and emerging commerce platforms
- .Optimize media investments to improve visibility, conversion and efficiency (ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR and Share of Voice)
- .Work closely with performance marketing agencies to deliver best-in-class execution
- .Continuously experiment with creatives, placements, keywords, audiences and campaign structures

.3. Content & Conversion Excellenc
- eDevelop content strategy to improve discoverability and conversion
- .Drive PDP, A+ Content, Brand Store and visual content excellence
- .Leverage keyword and search trend insights to improve organic visibility
- .Ensure content readiness for key launches and marquee sale events

.4. Recent Product Launche
- sDevelop go-to-market plans for new product introductions & create a marketing plan to scale NPDs
- .Coordinate content, media and merchandising readiness for lau
