Job Summary On-site The Flutter Mobile Developer at SandCup is responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, along with working knowledge of native Android and iOS development for platform specific requirements. The developer will work across mobile application development, UI implementation, API integration, app performance, testing, and deployment processes to ensure applications are reliable, responsive, scalable, and aligned with product and business goals.
This role also requires the ability to convert approved designs into production-ready mobile experiences while collaborating with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities
To build, maintain, and improve Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms.




To convert Figma and approved UI designs into responsive mobile screens with accuracy and consistency.
To integrate REST APIs, Firebase, third-party SDKs, backend services, and platform-specific features into mobile applications. To write native code using Kotlin, Java, Swift, or Objective-C through Platform Channels when required.
To manage application state using Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX, or similar frameworks based on project requirements.
To improve app performance, stability, and user experience through debugging, testing, and optimization.
To handle Play Store and App Store deployment processes, including versioning, signing, and release preparation. To write unit, widget, and integration tests to support application quality.
To collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and project teams in an Agile setting. To review code, support junior developers, and maintain clean coding practices, documentation, and reusable components. Private & Confidential |
