We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented candidate to support our MIS and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.

Analyze business data and generate reports for management.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.

Maintain attendance, leave, and other HR records.

Coordinate with different departments for timely collection of data.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of business and employee information.

Perform general office administration and support management as required.

Eligibility

Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any equivalent discipline.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.





Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
