We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. This is a hands-on role that requires strong execution capabilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to scale high-performing campaigns while maximizing return on investment (ROI).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing significant advertising budgets, driving customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business growth, preferably in a D2C setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets of 50 lakh or more, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Own the complete campaign lifecycle, including strategy, execution, A/B testing, optimization, scaling, and performance tracking.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and key business metrics through data-driven performance marketing initiatives.




- Collaborate closely with the in-house marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and campaign assets.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies.
- Track and improve key performance indicators such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns.
- Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets of 50 lakh or more.
- Prior experience working with Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands is strongly preferred.
