Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

Manage end-to-end HR Operations.

Drive employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.

Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning.





Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and company procedures.

Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills

3–5 years of HR experience in the Manufacturing Industry.

Experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist.

Strong HR Operations knowledge.

Mandatory proficiency in English & Hindi (Read, Write & Speak).

Advanced MS Excel skills including:

Pivot Tables

VLOOKUP

MIS Reporting
