About the Role

De'Capital is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Software Tester Intern to join our remote team. This role is ideal for graduates or students currently pursuing a degree who can commit to the working hours and are eager to gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance. You will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure our web and mobile applications meet high quality standards before release.

Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing.
- Create and maintain test cases and testing documentation.
- Ensure features meet functional, usability, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Participate in daily team meetings and testing activities.
- Test new features before deployment to production.

Requirements
- Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be available to work remotely from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST).
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of writing test cases and bug reports.
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and browser developer tools is a plus.
