Project Description:
- Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to grow their technical skills in healthcare IT while working under the mentorship of experienced consultants and technical leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to Cerner infrastructure, system workflows, and healthcare technology best practices while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- :Provide L2/L3 production support for 3M 360 Encompass and HDM (Healthcare Data Management) applications integrated with Cerner Content 36
- 0Monitor system performance, batch jobs, and interfaces to ensure 24x7 system availabilit
- yAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, data issues, and system errors within defined SLA
- sParticipate in design, build,
and configuration of 3M 360 rules, workflows, and content mapping
- sConfigure Content 360 components, clinical documentation content, and coding logic based on business and clinical requirement
- sSupport enhancements, upgrades, and recent releases of Cerner Content 360 and 3M application
- sWork closely with clinical, coding, revenue cycle, and IT teams to understand issues and requirement
- sEngage with Cerner and 3M vendors for ticket resolution and escalation managemen
