Team Leader – Sales Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate/Sales Preferred) Responsibilities - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team. - Assign daily targets and monitor team performance. - Support team members in closing sales. - Train and mentor new employees. - Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. - Ensure achievement of team sales goals. Requirements - Strong leadership and communication skills.
