, we're looking for a talented
3D Graphic Designer
who can transform ideas into immersive event experiences. If you have a passion for designing stunning stage setups, exhibition spaces, brand activations, and experiential events, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Design high-quality
3D event concepts
for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, and brand activations.
- Create realistic
stage designs, venue layouts, exhibition stalls, and experiential spaces
.
- Develop detailed 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation-ready visuals.
- Work closely with the Client Servicing, Creative, and Production teams to translate client briefs into impactful concepts.
- Ensure all designs are practical, production-friendly, and aligned with budgets.
- Incorporate branding, lighting, materials, and spatial planning into every design.




- Revise concepts based on client feedback while maintaining design excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest event design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum
2+ years of experience
as a 3D Graphic Designer in the
Events, Experiential Marketing, Exhibition industry
.

✔ Strong understanding of event production, fabrication, and execution.

✔ Ability to conceptualize creative event environments from scratch.

✔ Excellent visualization, rendering, and presentation skills.

✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Important
- This is an on-site role based in Mumbai
- Candidates must be located in Mumbai
- Prior experience in the
Events Industry is preferred
