Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Salesforce QA tools to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Salesforce CRM data objects such as fields, picklists, and workflows.
- Analyze defect reports from stakeholders and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Salesforce QA automation testing.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM platform including its architecture, features, and best practices.
- Proficiency in developing automated tests using various programming languages such as Apex or Lightning Web Components.
