Position: HR & Administration Executive

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented
HR & Administration Executive
to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, office administration, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.





Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented, and inclusive work culture.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and assisting in conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain accurate employee records with complete confidentiality.
- Oversee daily office administration, including facility management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior management as required.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
- 2–4 years
of experience in HR and/or Administratio
