Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Oracle ERP Technical Project/Program Manager to lead multiple complex global projects and drive end-to-end delivery for Oracle EBS and Cloud Fusion initiatives (Implementations, Rollouts, Transformations, and Managed Services/AMS).
Key Qualifications:
1. Total Experience: 15+ years of experience in the IT services sector.
2. Oracle Leadership: 7+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Oracle EBS and Cloud Fusion projects with a vast global footprint.
3. Domain Expertise: Proven track record delivering Oracle solutions within the Supply Chain / Manufacturing and Finance industry verticals.
4. Team Project Scaling: Demonstrated experience concurrently managing multiple parallel projects and leading teams of 25 30 members (onshore/offshore).
5. AMS Transition Expertise: 5+ years of experience leading complex Application Maintenance Services (AMS), including transition management (Shadow to Primary support), steady-state operations, and contract closures.
6. Certifications: Oracle Functional / Technical, PMP/Prince2 certification is highly preferred. Agile/Scrum, Oracle Cloud Project Management are a solid plus.
