Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Hands-on experience in supporting ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, Android Management
- Robust understanding of RTC technologies (Meet, Chat, Voice)
- Networking fundamentals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot device vs network issues

Good-to-Have
- Experience with Google Admin Console and Workspace licensing
- Active Directory and MDM fundamentals




- Understanding of ITIL v4 and security concepts
- Google Workspace or ChromeOS certifications

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Provide L1/L2 technical support for Devices & RTC-related issues.

Perform initial diagnostics (L1) and deep-dive root cause analysis (L2).

Handle and own cases end-to-end ensuring SLA and quality metrics.

Escalate complex issues to L3 / SMEs with detailed diagnostics.

Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting playbooks.

6

Mentor L1 engineers (L2 responsibility).
