Job Summary

The MIS Expert will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting business data to support informed decision-making. The role involves managing both offline and online information systems, preparing management reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and streamlining information flow across departments. The candidate will work closely with all business functions to generate meaningful insights and improve operational efficiency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain business data from various departments.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and cloud-based information systems.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and confidentiality of organizational data.
- Generate reports related to sales, marketing, HR, finance, production, inventory, procurement, and service operations.
- Design and automate reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather, validate, and consolidate business information.
- Maintain digital documentation and ensure proper version control of key records.
- Support management with data analysis for strategic planning and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement in reporting systems.
- Ensure timely availability of accurate information for management decision-making.
