We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Support Technician (MST) to join our team at our office premises under the Updater Services (UDS) role. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in routine electrical work, basic plumbing, and facility report maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine electrical maintenance, including Light DB (Distribution Board) and panel checks.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, fixture installations, and leak troubleshooting across the facility.
- Assist in general handyman tasks and day-to-day office facility upkeep.
- Maintain simple daily logs, operational reports, and service registers accurately.
- Respond promptly to internal facility complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years in facility management or building maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Light DB electrical systems and basic plumbing.
- Documentation: Basic computer/handwritten logging skills for daily report generation.
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent technical background preferred.
- Robust problem-solving skills, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
Pay: ₹15,011.53 - ₹20,921.40 per month
