Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive business growth across North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East and other global markets.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and digital lead generation.
- Identify, qualify, and acquire enterprise clients for IT Services, Software Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud Services, AI, Data Analytics, Customer Support, Technical Support, Back-office Operations and BPO solutions.
- Build and manage a solid sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiations and contract closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and senior leadership to create customized client solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Leaders and key decision-makers.




- Develop account growth strategies to maximize customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new growth areas.
- Represent the organization in international conferences, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, MIS reports, and pipeline reviews.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the international sales team to achieve business objectives and improve overall sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales or International Business is preferred.
- 8 to 13 years of experience in International Sales, Global Business Development, or Enterprise Sales within the IT Services, BPO, BPM, SaaS or Technology industry.
