As Studium continues to expand its team across multiple cities in India, we are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and highly responsible HR & Accounts Executive to manage our core HR operations and accounts functions from our Pune Head Office.About the Role

This is a combined HR and Accounts role requiring hands-on ownership of both functions.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous with numbers, disciplined with processes, comfortable managing people-related operations, and capable of independently identifying anomalies, gaps, and compliance issues.





The candidate will directly contribute to building structured HR processes while ensuring that Studium's books of accounts and financial records are maintained accurately and systematically.Key Responsibilities – Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across multiple cities in India.
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, selection, and offer processes.
- Manage complete employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll-related information.
- Independently manage monthly payroll processing.
- Work with Zoho Payroll and Zoho ERP for relevant HR, payroll, and operational processes.
- Draft and implement employee policies, ethics codes, workplace discipline guidelines, and HR processes.
- Ensure employee discipline and adherence to organizational policies.
