Role Description
This part-time, on-site Accountant role is based at our Kochi location. The Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting periodic financial reporting. The Accountant will assist with tax-related documentation, compliance activities,



and coordination with external auditors or consultants. This position also includes working with the management team to provide basic financial analysis and support budgeting decisions.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in accounting fundamentals, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (such as Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic financial reporting standards.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage time well, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a part time, on-site setting.
