We are looking for an experienced Lead JavaScript Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript/Node.js, AWS cloud services, and Python, with hands-on experience in designing scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices. You will lead development initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build high-performance solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using JavaScript (Node.js).
- Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Develop, deploy, and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Work with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Write Python scripts for backend services, automation, and integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug,



and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development processes.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript/Node.js development.
- Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
- Expertise in REST API and Microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of Python for backend development and automation.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of serverless architecture and AWS best practices.
- Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to mentor developers and drive technical excellence.
